If a death has occurred, call eCrematory (800) 399-4824 to arrange
for transportation of the deceased.

If a death has not occurred, you may begin planning by
moving on to Step 2.

What We Do : We provide professional transportation of the deceased. Our published rate includes transportation during normal business hours, 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday-Friday. After-hours and holiday transportation of the deceased is available for an additional $150.

Download and complete the Personal Information and Cremation Authorization forms below. Then take the completed forms to the nearest eCrematory provider in your area, which you can find here.
The full payment of $1,695 will be required at this time.

What We Do :
We will then transfer your completed information to legal documents, such as the Death Certificate, which you will need to complete in Step 3.

First, you will take the legal documents and obtain the required signatures, for example, the signatures of the medical examiner and the doctor. Next, you will obtain the certification at the local county clerk’s office*. Finally, return the completed forms to the local eCrematory provider. At that point you will set a date to receive the cremated remains.

*If you prefer, we will complete the legal documentation for you,
for an additional $250.

What We Do :
Once we have the certified legal documentation, the cremation can begin.
When the cremation is completed, you will receive the cremated remains on the determined date.
